We are looking for an upbeat and positive part-time Retail Sales Associate in our NEW Shelburne, VT women’s boutique
- Location: Shelburne Village, Shelburne VT
- Hours: negotiable (anywhere between 10-20 hours per week)
- Pay Rate: negotiable + a generous employee discount
Requirements:
- A team-player with previous retail experience
- Customer focused
- Organized yet flexible
- A strong problem solver & critical thinker
- Passionate about jewelry and current fashion trends
- Available weekday afternoons and the occasional weekend morning and/or afternoon
- Previous marketing & communications experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities:
- Be a brand advocate and educate customers on all our products
- Develop and cultivate customer relationships to build brand loyalty
- Boutique Sales Associate
- Creating a pleasant shopping experience in our retail boutique
- Keeping the boutique organized, clean and well-stocked
- Assisting with merchandising and inventory activities
- Business & Brand development
- Help identify opportunities to grow our brand presence
- Office & System Management
- Jewelry Production Assistant tasks
- Events (i.e. bridal party appointments, VIP shopping night etc…)
