Job Overview:
We’re seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven Wholesale Coordinator & Retail Sales Associate to help grow our expanding wholesale business while also supporting our in-store experience. This hybrid role combines the responsibilities of wholesale account management and customer engagement at our retail location. Responsibilities:
Wholesale Sales & Account Management (Remote + On-Site):
- Proactively grow our wholesale network by researching, prospecting, and securing new wholesale accounts.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing wholesale partners, ensuring excellent service and repeat orders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for wholesale accounts, handling inquiries, order processing, and follow-ups.
- Oversee the ordering process for wholesale accounts from start to finish, ensuring timely fulfillment in coordination with production.
- Represent Elli Parr at trade shows, markets, and local networking events when applicable.
- Track wholesale sales performance and provide reporting on growth, trends, and opportunities.
- Update wholesale listings on platforms like Faire and Shopify.
Retail & Event Support (On-Site in Vermont):
- Work occasional weekend retail shifts, providing excellent customer service and sharing the Elli Parr brand story.
- Assist in setting up, facilitating, and breaking down jewelry-making workshops, private parties, and other in-store events.
- Be an ambassador for the Elli Parr brand in-store, educating customers about our jewelry collections, customization options at our bead bar, and upcoming events.
- Collaborate with the team to create an engaging, welcoming experience for all customers.
What We’re Looking For:
- Sales-Driven & Proactive: Experience in sales, account management, or business development—ideally in retail, wholesale, or a product-based industry.
- Relationship-Focused: A passion for building connections and providing exceptional service to customers and wholesale partners.
- Independent & Organized: Ability to manage your own leads, sales pipeline, and inventory while staying aligned with company goals.
- Customer-Focused: Comfort engaging with customers in-store and leading hands-on workshops and events.
- Hybrid Flexibility: Local to Vermont (or willing to travel) and available for occasional in-store shifts while handling wholesale remotely.
Qualifications:
- Experience in retail, events, or wholesale operations is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both in-person and via email, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Highly organized, with attention to detail in order management, inventory tracking, and client communications.
- Familiarity with Shopify, Faire, or similar e-commerce/wholesale platforms (training provided if needed).
Compensation:
- Hourly pay for retail shifts, based on experience.
- Commission-based earnings with potential for a monthly retainer for wholesale responsibilities.
- Bonus incentives based on performance.

- Part-time role with a flexible schedule (averaging 15-20 hours per week).
