Elli Parr is a Vermont-based jewelry brand known for thoughtfully designed, wearable pieces featuring fine metals and natural gemstones. What started in 2015 as a one-woman passion project has grown into our South Burlington flagship, ecommerce, wholesale partners and now our long-term pop-up at The Current in Boston Seaport.

Weekend Retail Sales Lead
Part-time · On-site · Ongoing · Hourly + tips + commission
Help lead our busiest days at the flagship. You'll set the tone on the sales floor, guide customers through permanent jewelry, host DIY, charm and bead bar sessions, run private jewelry-making parties in-store and off-site, and support light jewelry production. As a key holder, you'll open and close the store and handle cash and POS reconciliation.
Most Saturdays and Sundays, plus some evenings and weekdays based on season and events. Previous retail sales experience required; key holder, lead or supervisory experience preferred. Full permanent jewelry training provided.

Marketing & Social Media Specialist
Part-time · Hybrid remote · Ongoing · 10–20 hours/week to start
Own Elli Parr's marketing from idea to finished post. You'll plan, shoot, edit and post native content for Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest, lead campaigns around collections, holidays, services and events, and build our influencer, UGC, collaboration and PR programs. You'll work directly with our founder and alongside our in-house photographer, and grow into paid social on Meta and TikTok over time.
We're looking for 2+ years of hands-on social media or marketing experience with a brand, a portfolio that shows your creative eye and real results, and comfort shooting, editing and being on camera. Based in or near South Burlington with regular on-site days.

Store Manager / Key Holder

Help lead our long-term pop-up at The Current in Boston Seaport. You'll lead by example on the sales floor, open and close the store, coach and motivate the retail team, keep displays on-brand, support inventory and operations, and help run our signature in-store experiences, including engraving, DIY jewelry making and our charm bar.
Previous retail sales experience required; supervisory, key holder or management experience strongly preferred. Flexible availability required, including weekends, evenings and holidays.
