Shipping policy

ORDERING INFO 

You’ll receive an order confirmation via email within 24 hours of your purchase. Please allow 1–2 business days for production before your order ships. This processing time is in addition to the selected shipping method. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, between 9 AM and 3 PM EST.
• Orders placed after 3 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
• Orders placed on weekends will be processed on Monday.

PRICING
All pricing is quoted in USD.

TAXES & ADDITIONAL FEES
Taxes will be added according to your shipping address. We are not responsible for any taxes, custom charges or import fees that are charged on international shipments that may apply when the product enters your country.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express debit/credit cards. We also accept Paypal. For security reasons, we do not keep permanent records of your credit card information on file.

We are unable to re-route packages after items have been shipped, so please ensure all shipping details are accurate.

PACKAGING

Each piece is thoughtfully packaged in an Elli Parr leatherette logo pouch or on a branded necklace/earring card inside our signature gift box. An order summary is included in the shipment, but it does not contain any pricing or billing information—making it perfect for gifting.
