RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Thank you for purchasing from Elli Parr! Welcome to the family and we hope that you love your new jewelry as much as we loved creating it for you! If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return your merchandise for a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your piece(s). (Between 11/15/2023 - 1/1/2024, due to holiday ordering, we will extend this return time period to 30 days after purchase.)

Some restrictions may apply, so be sure be sure  to contact us with any questions. Please do not send back any piece(s) without speaking to a customer service rep first, as we cannot process a return or exchange without an authorization number. Please read all of the information below concerning returns and exchanges.

HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE

  1. Please email us at info@elliparr.com with you order number and your request for a refund or exchange.
  2. We will reach back out to you and walk you through the entire process. Please note that the original shipping charge is non-refundable.
  3. IMPORTANT: Please do not send back any piece(s) without speaking to someone at Elli Parr first, as we cannot process a return or exchange without an authorization number.

RESTRICTIONS & IMPORTANT POINTS ABOUT RETURNS

  • All sale, discounted, promotional, or discontinued items are final sale
  • We are unable to accept or process returns for custom orders
  • If you purchased an item from an outside retailer and would like to return or exchange it, you must bring it to the retailer where it was purchased. Elli Parr is only responsible for pieces purchased directly from www.elliparr.com.
  • Elli Parr reserves the right to refuse returned products that have been used, worn, or altered, and all packaging must be included in your return.
  • Please note that returns may take up to 14 business days to process, and exchanges may take up to 4 weeks depending on item availability.

JEWELRY REPAIRS

For all repair inquiries, please email info@elliparr.com. Please include your name, description of the repair required, photo of the damage, and proof of purchase (order #). If the item was not purchased directly through www.elliparr.com, we require proof of purchase from the original transaction.

If we are able to repair your piece, we will walk you through the process. Repairs take 2 weeks to complete depending on the nature of the repair. We will return your repaired item back to you as soon as it is ready and will notify you with an email and tracking number as soon as it ships. 

All repairs are subject to shipping charges.
