Thank you for purchasing from Elli Parr! Welcome to the family and we hope that you love your new jewelry as much as we loved creating it for you! If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return your merchandise for a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your piece(s).
Some restrictions may apply, so be sure be sure to contact us with any questions. Please do not send back any piece(s) without speaking to a customer service rep first, as we cannot process a return or exchange without an authorization number. Please read all of the information below concerning returns and exchanges.
HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE
RESTRICTIONS & IMPORTANT POINTS ABOUT RETURNS
For all repair inquiries, please email email@example.com. Please include your name, description of the repair required, photo of the damage, and proof of purchase (order #). If the item was not purchased directly through www.elliparr.com, we require proof of purchase from the original transaction.
If we are able to repair your piece, we will walk you through the process. Repairs take 2 weeks to complete depending on the nature of the repair. We will return your repaired item back to you as soon as it is ready and will notify you with an email and tracking number as soon as it ships.
All repairs are subject to shipping charges.
